Cool & Quirky Pop Up Events is a small family business based in Ecclesall, Sheffield. We curate Unique, Not-to-be-Missed Pop-Up Shopping Events in South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire. And there is always so much more!

It's all about creating an unforgettable experience for both our stall-holders and their customers. We carefully select our traders in order to offer an eclectic mix of cool and quirky stalls that are sell truly amazing merchandise you won't find on the High Street.

We charge £25 per 6ft space and £45 for a 12 ft space. All events are indoor with tables and chairs are included in the price.  You may bring your own rails or tables if you wish, providing the fit into the space you have booked and please mention this on your application form! 

Outside Gazebo space is available at the Bakewell ABC only - £45 per 3x3m pitch. You must provide your own gazebo and weights.

We have just added 8 dates at the prestigious Bakewell Agricultural Centre, and 5 dates at the amazing Niagara Conference Centre in Sheffield. Do not miss our Autumn Spectacular at Bakewell Agricultural Centre on Sunday, 29th of September and at the Niagara Conference Centre on Sunday 17th November for our Early Bird Christmas Fair!

Bakewell ABC

We have 50+ amazing Craft, Food, Gift & Vintage Stalls at this spacious indoor venue plus fun activities, charity stalls, competitions and the appearance of a very special magical guest! We will be choosing our "Dogs of the Day" and awarding prizes. and there are some fabulous prizes to be won in our Raffle, which supports local animal charities.  We allocate 3 FREE tables to local charities, so if you support a good cause and wish to help their fund=raising efforts, let us know! There will be a children's Treasure Hunt which involves collecting tokens from various stalls and there's a prize for everyone who completes the task! And don't forget the children's Fancy Dress Competition - ages 0 -13 may take part!

We're looking for singers, musicians and street performers to keep us entertained throughout the day, so again get in touch if you'd like to put on a performance for our visitors and showcase your talent & make some money!  Email Us!

Niagara Conference Centre

We have 30 unique Craft, Food, Gift & Vintage stalls at this spacious, all-door event plus lots of fun activities!  For 2 dates in 2025, we will be holding a Spring & Summer Extravaganza in the gigantic marquee, with room for 60+ stalls for local businesses to showcase their products and amazing makes! At the Niagara, there is a bar and hot drinks are available all day, together with hot roast sandwiches.
